Introduction

The CRM module in Business Online is where you list and maintain relationships with other companies and their employees.

Companies

Registration of your own company, their customers, suppliers, competitors, and partners. Only companies registered in CRM can be selected when associating a company with an element such as a lead, contract, contact, or project.

Contacts

Contacts is a list of names and their associated contact information. A contact will usually be linked to a company as well as leads, contracts, and projects.

Leads

Leads are usually small sales projects associated with a company. A Lead is typically used for sales and not production of a sales item. Leads are stored in the associated company's workspace.

Contracts

Contracts is where you register and store your contracts associated with a company. Contracts are stored within the company's workspace.
