How to use a QCP
Inside a workspace with an associated process, the user is encouraged to follow the process.
A QCP is a process tool for the company to ensure quality in daily operations. It is also a tool for the user to provide the right documents at the right time, automatically update project progress, or move on to the next phase in the process.

Inside a workspace
When you enter a workspace with a process, you will see the quality control plan web part at the top of the page.
The colour of the phase's circle indicates the status of the phase. A phase's circle may be partially coloured if the associated checkpoints have different statuses. The colours and statuses are:
Blue = Started
Green = Completed
Dark gray = Not applicable
Red = Deviation at checkpoint (the process)
When you click on a phase, you will be redirected to the phase checklist interface. Here the user will document that work is being done according to the process for the current workspace.
