What is an information card?
The information card is the storage space for the key data of any workspace. When a workspace is created (for example, a new company), the key data will come from the registration form that the user fills out.
Gradually, during the workspace’s lifecycle, qcp administration can make changes to the information card. This is done to ensure that the key information of a workspace is updated in line with completed activities. The key data in the information card will be a significant contributor when management conducts analyses for the operation of the business and thus makes decisions.
ℹ️
Information card data is always stored in a main list, such as the companies,
contracts, leads, projects, personnel, and reporting list
The information card has three purposes
- Display key information in any workspace
- Enable the user to edit the workspace’s key information
- Allow users to join companies, contracts, opportunities, projects, and NCRs as an internal resource.
ℹ️
If a workspace has an associated Microsoft team, the Join group function will automatically add the user to the respective team
