QDMS - Governing Documents

Introduction

Governing documents are where you find all approved documents for the company. These documents can be manuals, procedures, QHSE goals, report templates, etc. It is from this library that documents can be retrieved as a copy to the workspace for further use.

The standard view and other views for this library can only be edited by Business Online. All users will have read-only access to this library.

General Use and Functionality

All employees, regardless of access group, only have read access to the documents in this library. Here, employees can read the various documents and submit a request for revision - a change. The purpose of this library is for employees to have access to information, be able to view the company's manuals, procedures, etc. in a simple way, have the ability to download the documents, and provide feedback on any errors or deficiencies.
