Why do we need to register work hours and injury days?
As a QHSE Manager, registering incidents, deviations, improvements, and feedback is an implicit part of the Plan-Do-Check-Act culture. However, when we want to count and keep track of KPIs, we need to maintain additional facts for Dashboards and simple statistics to work. Registering work hours and injury-related absence days is crucial for calculating and aggregating data on the QHSE Reporting Dashboard. Below, we will explain how to navigate to, register, and maintain this data.
