The Functions Overview is the tile-based dashboard you see when you tap the functions icon (▦) in the bottom menu. From here you have quick access to all the operational features in the app.
Profile greeting
At the top of the page, your profile picture from Microsoft 365 is shown along with your name and position. This gives a personal and familiar entry to the workspace.
Standard tiles
Under the heading Service you find four standard tiles. These are shipped with the app and are available to all users.

| Arbeidsflyter / Workflows | Active approval tasks from QDMS and workspaces |
| Sjekklister / Checklist | Checklists you have started or are to fill out |
| KHMS rapportering / Reporting | Reporting of deviations, observations, customer feedback, etc. |

Counters
The standard tiles show numeric counters indicating how many active items are waiting for you. For example, Oppgaver/Tasks 23 means you have 23 open tasks. The counters update automatically as items are completed or new ones are added, so you get an instant overview without opening each tile.
Custom tiles
In addition to the standard tiles, the system administrator in your tenant can add custom tiles. These appear below the standard tiles and provide shortcuts to resources that are important for your specific company.

| External link | Opens a URL in an embedded browser (news site, external portal) |
| iframe container | Opens a full-page view with an embedded iframe (Power BI dashboard, Power App, etc.) |
Each tile can have its own title and icon, and the order is configurable. The "Kaffen er klar" counter tile in the screenshot is an example of a custom tile.
Custom tiles are configured by the system administrator via the Tile Manager web part in Business Online (BO Admin). Changes appear immediately in the mobile app.
