The Feedback function is available in the app's settings or menu. Tap the function to open a simple form:

|---|---|
| Subject | Short title for the feedback |
| Description | Detailed description of the problem or suggestion |
| Type (tags) | Suggestion, problem, question, etc. |
The feedback is sent as a ticket to Business Online's support system (Zendesk), and we follow up as quickly as we can.

When you submit feedback, information about your platform (iOS/Android) and which tenant you are signed into is automatically registered, so the support team can reproduce and resolve the issue more quickly.
